HIGHLIGHTS OF POSITIVE LIFESTYLE

“Intent” is the key to attracting positivity. If you intend, half your job is done. Positive energy attracts more positive energy

“To ooze positivity, you must generate positivity first”
In order to attract positive vibes, you must first endeavour to become a “node” of positivity and understand how the energy travels. Living life a positive way has certain requirements to it. These requirements, however, seem simple, it’s the commitment to this lifestyle that matters. Remember, “Intent” is the key to attracting positivity. If you intend, half your job is done. Positive energy attracts more positive energy and it forms a spiral of sorts that reaches a point when you begin to ooze this positivity onto others. Below are some of the functions that have a tremendous outcome, once inculcated into your daily lifestyle.

1. Prayer

“Prayer does wonders, whether you believe in it or not. One day, you will, we all do, eventually.”
What is your definition of prayer? Well, whatever it is, bring it to use. Believe in the power of prayer, and believe it that it has immense power. In a world filled with non-believers and growing atheism, focus and channelize your energy towards the ones who believe. Focus on the fact how believing in the infinite power has helped them overcome hurdles and attain success, not just monetary, but overall.

Begin your day with fresh energy, wherever you are whatever you do, there is no formal code of conduct to follow, just pray and see wonders happen.

2. Rising Early Morning

“Early to bed, early to rise, makes one healthy, wealthy and wise.”

It’s a very common quotation that we heard several times while growing up. The meaning of rising early morning has somehow become faded and almost seized to exist. Earlier nights were nights because they were dark and there was the scarcity of resources such as electricity, so people would sleep once it became dark. That’s one flipside of modernization and excessive urbanization. Nights are no more a hurdle. Most of the large cities are abuzz with activities throughout the night. Apart from that, there are activities that keep us up late. Activities such as late-night meetings, late-night movie shows, clubbing, partying and so on. We sleep late and wake up late, way after sunrise. If we somehow alter our sleeping pattern a bit, it can great wonder. There are several documented proofs that waking up before sunrise can maintain your bodily hormonal balance.

3. Healthy Eating

Eating healthy! It describes itself and there is nothing much to describe about it. It is one of the most talked, viewed and Googled about the thing in modern life. Yet it remains restricted to our internet history in most of the cases. There is nothing like eating food that is healthy, organic and unprocessed. One hint to follow and easily follow the healthy eating pattern is: Try not to eat something, your grandfather would not consider as food!! Simple

4. Exercise: Yogic Kriyas

Humans are the only race of organisms that have evolved away from their basic or primate nature; exercise. Primate living included all sorts of exercises, walking, climbing, running, swimming and whatnot. But we became modern; these activities were taken over by various machines in our lives. Yoga and Yogic Kriyas are still some of the most practical exercises that require minimum machinery and are directly linked to our primal instincts. They don’t require fancy gym memberships and can be performed at any place, indoor or outdoor. Performing these Kriyas in the morning attracts good health and good energy in heaps.

5. Maintaining a Relationship with Nature

Just like the above segment, modern living has pushed humans away from nature. Our cities are merely concrete jungles with everyone confined to a flat or apartment, travelling to and from office, which again is a confined space. The idea is to take time out and stay close to nature, which can be a park, garden, the nearby fields, spring, lake, forest or river. The closer you stay to nature, the healthier you would remain as it is directly linked to the development of your senses. Try walking barefoot on morning grass or simply sit by a stream with your feet dipped into it and feel the presence of that Godly energy in everything.

6. Conscious Eating

There is a difference between healthy eating and conscious eating. While healthy living is restricted to counting the calories in your meal or analyzing is the food is processed or not. Cautious eating involves taste, aroma and the overall hygiene of the food. It requires us to eat with our senses, if we feel something is not pleasant about the food, we should avoid eating it.

7. Positive Thoughts

We all carry baggage with us. That’s the baggage of thoughts. It depends on us, what we fill in our baggage. We can fill it with negative thoughts and continuously fret about various things, unpaid bills lost jobs and etcetera. On the other hand, we can just focus on the positive things in life; the health that we enjoy, the food that we have on our plate, the roof that we have on our head and whatever people that we have in our lives. Carrying positive baggage attracts more positive emotions.

8. Giving Back to the Society

This does necessarily require us to be a big philanthropist. This aims at small endeavors that we can do on a regular basis. We can feed some leftover food to needy people or animals, we can plant a sapling or two, we can help old people crossroads or help them lift their luggage, and it does not really matter. You simply need to do your bit and remember; everything comes back! If you do positive things for others, positive things happen for you, no matter what.
