  • Moral Conflict: It arises when the person is unable to decide between good and bad.

  • Interpersonal Conflict: It occurs when in a bid to maintain a positive relationship with someone, the person feels compelled to act in a certain way.
  • Love Conflict: In this, a person often hurts people whom he loves. Such person is reluctant to accept his shortcomings.

Dealing with Inner Conflicts

Overcoming the inner wars is difficult but not impossible. Here are the ways one can win over these constant struggles.

Accepting the Fact: It is better to acknowledge inner conflicts, understand their gravity and start working on overcoming them. If left unaddressed, they can worsen and badly impact one’s overall personality and life.

Try to Find Its Origin: There can be various factors leading to inner conflicts in a person.
