State of Mind With Meditation

Our mind has two states – one is pure and the other one is impure. When the mind is fully connected to God, know that the purification of the mind has begun.

Our mind has two states – one is pure and the other one is impure. When one gets drawn towards the worldly web, they get stuck in its sadness, problems, and anxiety. When one absorbs all of those troubles, the mind starts turning impure and full of sadness. When the mind is in its impure state, one will get impure thoughts and it will disrupt their peace of mind. However, when one submits their mind to the peace and serenity of God, His grace (simran) helps the mind unwind and return to its pure state. To be at peace and be happy in the grace of God, is the ultimate objective of a spiritual person. The more you indulge in God’s grace, the more you are likely to walk on the path of enlightenment and embrace peace along with pure thoughts. Know that your mind is on the right path and is on the path of purification when you walk with God in your thoughts.

When your mind is distracted, despite being in God’s presence, it begins getting impure. It needs to be brought back to the center to be on the right path; to be at peace and be pure again. The thoughts one gets from their consciousness and awakening, the feeling of divinity, it all comes only when one reaches out to The Almighty with a pure heart, putting God first in all their work and thoughts. Then every action and thought get the light of the day in the name of God and for God; in remembrance of God and for the work of God. When one submits oneself at the feet of God entirely, and the thought of God is prime, one’s mind takes a purer form, going on the right path. When the mind is fully connected to God, know that the purification of the mind has begun.
