Meditation does not calm one’s mind and soul but also does it diminish the effects of stress and tension. Happy World Health Day - 7 April 2018

In a world with polluted air, contaminated water, chemically grown vegetables and genetically modified flora and fauna. It has become really difficult to even breathe in fresh air. Such adulteration is a sure cause to deplete human health conditions. The adulteration does not only affect the physical conditions of a human being but also the mental health. Poor living conditions and failing sanitation practices have started causing mental problems, anxiety, stress, lack of patience, anger are few of the most common problems.

While stress is not good for the human condition

It is a proven fact that it leads to many problems such as heart problems, blood problems, diabetes and whatnot. Every year so many people are diagnosed with diabetes, almost 25% of the population is diabetic but the lesser known fact is that not all of them show symptoms of diabetes prior to diagnoses. Then how do the claws of such diseases find a place in your body? The answer is simple, it is all through stress. It is the major cause of health issues and people of all ages are a victim of stress. Not many people know that while stress can cause such issues. There is a key that can unlock all your problems, whether health, emotional or physical and that key is meditation.

Meditation does not calm one’s mind and soul but also does it diminish the effects of stress and tension. It is normal these days to take home the stress of work but to let it affect one’s personal life is equally wrong. Meditation and yoga help the body to fight the bad enzymes present in the body and promote immunity. In order to live a healthy and a happy life. One needs to follow a complete body and mind relaxation technique which is both provided by yoga and meditation.  It is rightly said by a wise man, on the days you have a tie, practice meditation for ten minutes and on the days you are busy, practice meditation for one hour.
