The Divine Love of a Mother Happy Birthday Gurumaa

A mother is born as soon a child is born.  She bears all the pain and gives birth to a child and enter the world of motherhood.

When a child breathes first so is a woman enlightened as a mother. Hence, a mother is born as soon a child is born.  She bears all the pain and gives birth to a child and enter the world of motherhood.  She gracefully endures the process to give life to the god’s gift. A mother embraces the journey with unconditional love and happily sacrifices for her child. No word can describe the majesty of a mother’s love.

Mother is Unconditionally Giving

The role of a mother is a never-ending process that is pillared on selflessness and compassion. Each blooming child is nurtured under the warm umbrella of care and devotion. She is selfless! Her love has no limit and she expects nothing in return as it is purely unconditional. On the onset of motherhood,  a woman reaps serenity, purity and courage. Mother’s life is like an incense stick. It keeps burning to spread its fragrance for the benefit of others. Similarly, Mother dedicates every moment of her life for the benefits of children.
In every woman’s life, motherhood is all about celebrating the auspiciousness of Shakti. It is the Divine feminine power that is the source of all harmony, love, nurturing, cherishing, and universal well-being. Every day must be dedicated to honoring the Divine feminine power, unfolding as a celebration of our innate Shakti, force.

7 Beautiful Qualities

The Bhagavad Gita classifies seven qualities to the feminine principle: Fame, Prosperity, Speech, Memory, Intelligence, Fortitude and Patience. The Mother principle, which comprises of all these seven potencies, is highly sacred. Wherever you turn, you will see the manifestation of the feminine principle in Nature. Dharmic traditions personify the higher wisdom or spiritual knowledge in a feminine form like Prajnaparamita in Buddhism or Sarasvati in Hinduism.
As a mother, she goes through good and bad days as well, But she tries to be always gentle because she knows as a mother she is loved and needed incredibly. She gathers wisdom around her, learns from her own mistakes, stays humble and open.

Mother: Creator & Nurturer

There is a proverb which says, ‘God could not be everywhere so he made mothers’. Mother is someone very important, not merely in terms of emotional but also one of the greatest support systems and a really good friend in life. Motherhood is similar to any powerful force of the universe! She has the ability to be a ‘Creator’, a ‘Nurturer’, and a ‘protector’. We can change, disown anything or anyone, but not our mother.

Swami Vivekananda has rightly said that “When the baby is at play, she will not come even if called by her mother. But when she finishes her play, she will rush only to her mother, and will have no play.” Ultimately, we all need a mother to guide us every time.

The thoughts are dedicated to the lovely HH Gurumaa on the auspicious occasion of her birthday. She has blessed us all with the warmth, love and strength. No words can describe the emotions yet it is an effort to show gratitude, the respect and the love we have for her! Long Live Gurumaa…
