The second part will allow you to further practice the thoughtless state and go a little beyond your mind to experience your soul, your true self. It will allow you to disconnect yourself with your bodily identity thereby disconnecting yourself from the outer world and you will get a glimpse of your true self, ataman. 1. Flow of consciousness meditation: Mental energy can melt a thought with power of attention. Sooner or later the flow of thought will decrease and the time gap between the 2 thoughts will increase. This meditation will allow you to control your mind, as a controlled mind is a powerful tool. This meditation will help you form a smooth bridge between difficult situation and a reaction to it.
5. Cosmic love meditation: The energy of God, the energy that is omnipresent and universal is the source for all the humans. We are beings full of energy and we receive the energy of love from the ocean of Universal Cosmic Love. It is important to direct this energy towards positivity. This meditation will allow you to expand the feeling of universal love and will help in activating the heart chakra.
6. Meditation to unlock the internal knots: Internal Knots are the collection of illusions, fears, anxieties that are instilled deep in the consciousness.
